Welcome to Caplinger Woods Campground and RV Park. We offer primitive campsites, RV sites, and a 16’ Yurt all available for your individual needs. Enjoy the sunshine on the river in one of our canoes or sit on top kayaks, and the cool shade of our campground at all of our sites. Stroll through the woods while you enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the river.
Camping fees ~ price per person per night for primitive camping and RV sites. $7.00 per person
$10 minimum on any primitive site. per night
RV Sites ~ 20, 30 and 50 amp electrical sites, along with water, fire ring and picnic table. $13.00 per night
Price in addition to camping fees per person. $25 minimum on any RV site.
16’ Yurt ~ Ceiling fan with lights, 20 amp electrical outlet, Skylight in ceiling, picnic table and $50.00 per night
fire ring outside , sleeps 4 - 6 people. Bring your own linens. Price is based on 4 people. Additional
$7 per person per night after first 4 persons
Group Primitive Site #1 ~ Enjoy this larger completely shaded site which has a 20 amp $50.00 per night
electrical outlet, picnic tables and large fire ring. Price is based on 7 people. Additional $7 per
person per night after first 7 persons.
Group Primitive Sites ~ These sites are great for larger groups such as boy scouts, girl $7.00 per person
Scouts, Church groups and organizations. Picnic tables and large fire ring on sites. 10 people per night
minimum for group sites.
Day Pass ~ Good for campground and fishing usage of property from 8am - 7pm day of use. $7.00 per person
Day pass users wanting to stay after 7pm must re-register and pay additional camping rates. per day of use
