                                                 Reservation & Cancellation Policy
  · RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations are strongly recommended for the months of May through September. First night camping
paid in full is needed to secure any reservation as well as a 50% deposit paid towards any floating equipment needed. This will only hold your floating
equipment until 12 noon day of float. Please call ahead and make arrangements if you are going to be late. Holiday weekends require reservations
PAID IN FULL for camping and floating equipment.

  · CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPING AND FLOATING: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks (14 Days)
prior to your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days will be given a rain check good for use within the 2011 season and only
if space and floating equipment are available. If no call no show by 8 PM on camping date or 12 noon on floating date then no refunds or rain checks will
be given and your reserved site(s) and equipment will be put back up for rent.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: A one night deposit for all holiday weekends regardless of cancellation time is NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

  · LATE ARRIVALS: If you will be arriving late and have reservations please call and let management know no later than 8 PM date of
arrival. Otherwise we will assume you are canceling and we will re-rent your site(s) and or equipment.

  · We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards as well as cash payments. NO CHECKS PLEASE!!

Rules and Regulations

      Management of Caplinger Woods Campground and RV Park reserves the right to evict persons for non compliance of the rules and regulations. Guests
and visitors are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules and regulations. Anyone evicted is not entitled to a refund and may not be allowed
to return in the future. Caplinger Woods Campground and RV Park, its managers, workers and owners assume no responsibility for the behavior or
actions of any guests or visitors.

· All guests and visitors MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE / COUNTRY STORE BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPGROUND. Anyone found in the campground
areas without the proper passes are subject to trespassing charges.

· Registering guests must furnish the full names of everyone at their site location at time of registration. Registering guests must be at least 18 years of
age and have current identification with proof of age to rent any site or equipment.

· Visitors and day use passes may be issued on a daily basis but become invalid at 7:00 PM the day issued. Anyone who has not registered and paid for
a camping site is considered a visitor or day use person and must register and pay for a pass. Cost for visitor or day use passes are $7.00 per person per
day.  Only registered campers are allowed in the campgrounds after 7:00 PM

· Check in time is 3:00 PM unless sites are available. Checkout time is 12:00 PM. Please checkout or re-register before 12:00 PM. Arrangements must be
made with management for late checkout or there may be additional charges.

· Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please be courteous to your neighbors. Have fun but respect
others. No loud or rowdy groups. No loud music or loud partying at any time. Radios / Stereos must be turned OFF at 10:00 PM and stay off until 7:00 AM
Please be considerate of others at all times.

· NO LOUD PARTYING, FOUL LANGUAGE OR LEWD BEHAVIOR will be tolerated. Disruptive guests will be ejected from the premises and no refunds will
be issued. CAPLINGER WOODS CAMPGROUND AND RV PARK IS A FAMILY CAMPGROUND, NOT A PARTY CAMPGROUND.

· There is to be no bicycle riding in the campgrounds after dusk. This is for your protection and safety as well as the rest of our guests.

· No person shall remove or injure any plant, trees, flowers or rocks. Do not put nails or screws in trees or picnic tables. Do not hang lanterns from trees
unless with approved tree hangers.

· We sell firewood at the Country Store for your convenience. Do not cut down any trees, they belong to us. The use of chainsaws is strictly prohibited in
order to maintain and preserve a natural landscape.

· Campfires must be contained in the fire rings provided at your site. Fire wood must fit safely inside fire rings. No large bonfires allowed at campsites or
on the gravel bar. Do not move fire rings from their locations. No burning plastic, metal or glass in fire rings. If any of these items are found in your fire
ring a $10.00 fee will be charged to your account for cleanup.

· Alcohol is permitted, but there is to be no minor consumption on the premises. Persons who possess or consume alcoholic beverages must provide
identification and proof of age upon request from campground personnel at any time.

· No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises. Violators will be evicted immediately.   

· Please help to keep our shower house clean. Do not leave any soap, laundry or other items in shower house. Washing dishes, laundry or pets is strictly
prohibited in shower house. DO NOT CLEAN FISH IN SHOWER HOUSE!

· Please clean all fish at the fish cleaning station ONLY. No fish may be cleaned at any campsite. Please put all fish remains in container located at fish
cleaning station. Do not dump fish remains in the river. Please use the services we have provided for your convenience.

· Dumpster's are located at the bottom of the North hill below shower house, at the bottom of the South hill and at the South side of the Country Store
for your convenience. Please dispose of all trash in these containers. A trash bag is available upon request at the Country store.  We worked very hard to
make sure your site was clean when you arrived so please keep your campsite clean and leave it clean when you depart. A clean up fee of $10.00 will be
charged to your account for sites with trash left behind.

· Absolutely NO FIREARMS or FIREWORKS allowed on the premises.
                       
· CAPLINGER WOODS CAMPGROUND and RV PARK, its managers, owners or workers assume no responsibility or liability for ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR
STOLEN at or from these premises. Please do not leave any items of value to you unattended at any time.
          
· The discharge of any gray water or sewage is strictly prohibited. A dump station is available at the North end of the Country Store for your convenience.

· Generators are not allowed.

· No electrical cords are to run from electrical sites to non electrical sites. NO EXCEPTIONS!

· ATV’s and other Vehicles: Please see our ATV and other Vehicles rules and regulations for further details.

· PETS: Please see our Pets rules and regulations for further details.

· Speed limit is 5 MPH in the campgrounds. Please park at your own campsite or cabin. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED BACK INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS
AFTER 10:00 PM. If you need to leave the campgrounds after 10:00 PM you will need to park at the Country store overflow parking area and walk back
into the campgrounds.  

· Anyone destroying or damaging property of CAPLINGER WOODS CAMPGROUND and RV PARK will be held accountable. This includes fines as well as
arrest and prosecution. Surveillance equipment is in use at all areas of campgrounds as well as at the Country Store.

· Car passes and camping receipts must be kept and displayed and readily accessible for confirmation by campground personnel and security.

· PLEASE NOTE: All branches of Law Enforcement are allowed and do make unscheduled patrols of the campgrounds. These streams are patrolled
by the Missouri State Water Patrol. Security will patrol on Friday and Saturday nights. If you have problems, contact security at the Country Store or at the
house North of the store. Emergency numbers are posted at the Country Store for your convenience.

· The Office / Country Store hours on Friday and Saturday nights are extended as a courtesy to our guests; however, if you will be arriving late on Friday
or Saturday, please make prior arrangements with management.

· Any camping equipment or property left unattended for more than 48 hours will be taken down and removed from any site. A storage fee and site rental
fee must be paid for before any property will be returned. Property left over 30 days will become the property of CAPLINGER WOODS CAMPGROUND and
RV PARK.

· CAPLINGER WOODS CAMPGROUND and RV PARK IS NOT A PARTY CAMPGROUND!   We are a family oriented campground whose goal is to provide the
best camping experience available. Please feel free to tell us how we may improve our campground to better suit your needs.

· These rules are pretty much common sense and courtesy. We hope that everyone has an enjoyable camping trip and that you will come back and camp
again.
